Default New Dynacorn Camaro for $43k?

I was at the Street Machine Nationals this weekend & a spectator was telling us his buddy just took delivery of a brand new turnkey '69 Camaro with a Dynacorn body, with a used LS motor for $43 grand. This is a complete, painted car with interior, ready to drive. He said it was from a shop that builds them, not an abandoned project.
I find the price very hard to believe.
If the body is $15k, the rest of the parts alone would be WAY more than that, and that leaves nothing for labor.
I looked online for turnkey Camaros, but came up dry.
Possible?

I'd like to know how they pulled that off. We talked to a customer about this idea with a carb'd car, all stock suspension and brakes, steel wheels, 15" tires, and I think it would have been around the low 60s.

I wanna see pics to know the quality the guy is actually getting. If it seems to good to be true it probably is.

That's what I thought. As it was "a friend..." that bought this and the other vague details, such as the shop that offers it, I thought it might be a stretch. He said it was right from Dynacorn, and as far as I know, they don't offer finished cars.
Unless someone else has more info, I'm going with he was misinformed.
