To celebrate RideTech’s Instinct Electronic Shock Program, our favorite team race car, the 48-Hour Camaro is being freshened up for the season. Chris Smith at Smitty’s Custom Automotive laid down a fresh coat of Butternut Yellow paint. We’re also installing Baer Racing 6R brakes, a new Centerforce DYAD clutch, and updated Forgeline wheels with a new gold finish on the centers that looks like “unobtanium”. The list goes on as the Camaro is getting a Currie full-floater Ford 9″ rear and BF Goodrich Rival S rubber.
RideTech Instinct Electronic Shocks are the ultimate upgrade for Extreme Performance Pro-Touring cars, and the 48-Hour Camaro has been helping to develop them during the previous season. Stay tuned for more information on the Goodguys Autocross season opener from Scottsdale AZ.; we will have a full race report after the event. In the meantime, check out the link below
