Hello. I ordered these cast aluminum valve covers from Katech Performance last week, however, I didn't read the description correctly so they ended up being the wrong ones for my car. I have an LS3 out of a GenV camaro and the description said that these are Gen V motors, meaning the other LS motors, not the ls3 or ls1 I believe, but the Ls5, LS7, etc. Please double check that these valve covers fit your engine. Again, they are for Gen 5 engines. Katech sells those valve covers for $430 for bare cast aluminum then they add another $150 just to powder coat them. I went ahead and painted them wrinkle red so that saves you the $150 you would've paid to have them powder coat them for you as well as the $30 that I'm already lower on. Also note, the aluminum inserts are NOT included in this deal. Those have to be bought directly from Katech. This URL will tell you everything you need to know about these valve covers.
