Default Complete Camaro Re-wire question

Okay guys... I'm turning to you; the pro's who have done this before. After 10 years and many financial hardships, my 68 RS/SS has finally been put back on the road. Now that I have a great career, this year the resto-mods will be done. First is a full vehicle re-wire and gauges from new vintage. Later this year will be an LS/TKO-600. My question is which harness company to use, Painless or AAW. Both look like their products are high quality. I'm looking for a straight forward install. So which company, why you chose them and would you go back to them in the future? Thanks very much in advance.

Thumbs up

X2 for AAW Classic update. Be sure to get the correct crimpers, that is the key.

I agree with all these guys,AAW is a very nice kit,not saying anything bad about painless because I have not tried them but have done 5 or 6 from AAW and afraid to try anything else because they are to easy.

AAW....one of the great things you get are new socket ends and plastic connector housings, painless often has you reusing your ends or purchasing them from some one else...the main reason is that AAW has exclusive rights to many of the GM molds on the plastic connectors....thats not saying painless is bad I use many of the separate systems to run other items such as the painless fan relay kits and the painless fuel pump relay kit and a few bits like that
