Default A.C. vent install DSE Dash?

Just curious if there are any tricks to installing the drivers a.c. vent in a dse dash insert? I am thinking of cutting a hole the exact same size as the factory and would like to know how everyone attaches it to the back side of the dash? Thanks for the help...

I used an aftermarket vent from Vintage Air. Cut the hole out carefully with a Dremel tool (with the flexible want attachment) and the reinforced cutting disks. I drilled tiny holes in the corners and played connect-the-dots. Pretty easy, just take your time.

What he said. I did a little different and added another a/c vent for driver priority cooling system...

Thanks. Oh and my vents are from Restomod air. Not sure if mounting is the same as the vintage air but same principle. Drilled the corners and connected the dots to make the hole.
