Default Road Trip to Atlanta.

This Friday(tomorrow) I am making a road trip to Atlanta, GA to pick up a car. I did a little looking around the area on google maps. I was wondering if anybody is familiar with the area or knows the car? Here is the craigslist ad.
http://atlanta.craigslist.org/eat/cto/5715512150.html

On google it has the area named CABBAGETOWN. This car is for a friend of mine, he has had all communication with the seller.
Thanks,
Jacob

Thanks for the heads up. I hope it goes well and the car turns out to be as the owner says. Plus I think the price is very fair considering its 6k less then the add price. Good negotiating on my friends part.

Total waste of 30 hours on the road. When we arrived and my friend asked to drive the car with the owner he said not until you buy it. Then he decided it would be ok but just in the parking lot. The rear quarters shook as if they weren't connected correctly? Every bump we hit the car squeaked and the owner said that probably just needs some WD40. He also made the comment of you must not know how these old cars are. The floor in the trunk was completely soaked. The carpet in the back seat area was wet. Mold was found in the interior. Needless to say the owner did not tell the truth and was completely full of ****!

Sorry you had a bad experience and wasted so much time. Feel free to reach out to any members in the area if there's a next time. I know I don't mind going to look at cars for people.
