Default Hurricane Mathew, hope my fellow east coasters are okay.

I will never again bitch (okay, that's a lie) about paying to have an engineered certified building for hurricane wind loads. Shop survived without a scratch and the drainage I've installed over the last few years finally paid for itself. No water in the shop and very few trees down (Hermine took those out last month!). Aside from no power until today, everything good. I know some of you were less fortunate, and if your close and need any help or place to put your car, just let me know. Hope everyone is okay.

You deserve it! You guys take the brunt of Florida hurricanes and tropical storms. Nice to sit one out for a change!

Got maybe a half inch of rain here. Was hoping for more...overall it's been a dry year. Had some wind, but nothing major at all.
