Default Intro ductions

Hello My name is Shaun.... Obviously. Im an aspiring concept car artist and a novice drag racer. I live in oregon and race at woodburn drag strip in a 1970 chevy pickup. Im currently looking for people who are interested in my drawings but am more interested in joining a group of people who enjoy hotrods and fast cars as much as I do. I work for Line-x spraying bedliners and doing truck accessories such as billet grills, step ars ect ect. Ive worked a few hotrod shops in my day and know just enough to be dangerous. Im a very low budget enthusiast as they slave me with little pay lol. I hope to change that

Heres my baby

Ill be posting alot now that I have discovered this place. Ill also post my concept car art as I get it done.
Hello guys and Im glad Im here.
Shaun

I live up in the molalla area so not too far from ya.
Last year was my first year racing and all I had was a lil ol 327 (damn good motor) in it with absolutly no drive train or any other modifications doing 15.58

This year.... well as you can see its come along way. so I guess we'll find out.

For anyone wondering whats powering it. Its a 355 chevy with world sportsman II heads, 280h comp cam, weind tunnel ram with twin 500 cfm carter competitions.

tell me a lil about youtself Awr68.

Well I've been around these boards for about 3 years now and am building a 68 camaro...you can click on my signature for all the build pics...

I was born in Portland and raised in Hillsboro...I love Oregon and am here to stay!!! I have an uncle that lives on the air strip at SkyDive Oregon...near Molalla.

Sounds like your well on your way to having a fun/fast truck!!
