Default Chrome trim to Satin black?

What would be the best way to paint or coat all the chrome trim on my 67 camaro satin black? I want to do the vent window and all. I was thinking about using some fine media and blast profile the surface a little then using some kind of trim paint but maybe there is a better way. Any ideas. My plan is to have everything on the car blacked out.

We ether have all our trim powder coated (so for so good)
Thre other way we do it is to sand blast eveything real good and use ppg dp90 black The trim paint isn't that tough. We had real good luck with that.
Prep them good

At the shop I used to work for satin black was called Black cat. It's much stronger than paint and won't fade or chip.
