Default I broke down and bought a chevy how about some advice

I bought a C3 Corvette, a 69 smallblock 4 speed coupe. I always wanted one as a kid even though I love my Fords. The car is a solid driver right now but I can't see not doing some mods in the future, It isn't a rare example of the breed. Any of you 3rd generation Vette guys have some insight on Vette Brake Products, Vansteel or Guldstrand stuff. I believe QA1 makes a coilover kit also. I was thinking of a coilover swap on teh front and composite single leaf in teh rear with some QA1 adjustables in teh rear and a set of sway bars to start. Maybe offset trailing arms and tubular control arms in the future. Who has some real world feedback on some of this stuff?

Default I'll get some time to take photos next weekend.

Brakes, I may just stick with some stainless sleeved stock style calipers. The car seems to stop pretty well for now. I'm sure after some mods to the suspension the brakes may seem less sufficient and I might be changing my tune but for now it is 4 wheel power disc and does seem to stop.

For your new ride you should check out these guys. They carry many different "toys" to upgrade your new vette and add some modern components to it. http://www.vbandp.com/

If you watch horsepower tv on Spike, they rebuilt a 1976 stingray with nearly all parts from that company and thrashed it on the track. It was a really nice build.
