Default American Touring Specailties is hiring!

Gentlemen (and ladies)-

ATS is looking to fill a position at our Las Vegas shop at the begining of the new year. We are looking for an individual that has a passion for the PT industry, can fabricate/wrench on muscle cars and has great customer service skills.
Job duties will include client project mamagment, parts ordering/boxing/shipping, light fabrication, and help on the phones when we get busy. This is a salary position, so there will be times when 30 hours per week are all that are needed, and times when only a 65+ hour work week will get the job done. If you think you have what it takes to be a part of our growing team, send a resume to [email protected] with a subject line of "ATS open position" so it won't get lost in the spam filter.

Tyler

I am with Blake, if we can't find some people to work soon, I may be your man, LOL! Only 65 hours a week! And in Vegas! Sounds like vacation!

Seriously, good luck. it is pretty damn hard to find help here.

Not to be a dick, but to get good people you have to be willing to pay the $$, ( not to say you don't) and to have good insurance and benefits is always a draw.

Yea, I agree. Also it cant have a American hot rod work enviroment where you are in constant fear of being fired. Can't be a dic_ to your employees. I think working for Tyler would be a great place to work. Tyler and Shane are freaken cool peps.

I don't mean to be a DIC&........ but i have a tip for all those who think that they can walk into a CUSTOM shop like ATS, Kennyd's,ProdigyCustoms or Killer Customs or even Boyds and think that they can make 25.00/hour or more and then show up when they want take as long as they want to do a job and then not do the best work possible. why would you not fear being fired every day?
Benifets........ are just that.
We are willing to pay what ever a guy is WORTH. We have benifets, we buy BEER too.
I think most employees dont realize that their BOSS is actually their CUSTOMER!!! and as customers we all know the easiest way to lessen the stress. find a new place to purchase your services.

WOW... any one want a job?
Oh yea
Merry Christmas

Yea, I was not saying you should keep bad employees, I totally agree with you as far as people with bad work ethics. But an employee working for those shops should have enough pride and respect to show up on time and do good work. If not, get rid of them. I am simply saying that employees with great work ethics should not be in constant fear and stress of being fired. Boyd as an example. I have met several people that now work for Chip Foose that used to work for boyd. They now love there job and I think do better work.
