Default Coilovers

Hi All,

Anyone running penske coilovers on the street ('68 Camaro)? Looking at the 8100 series, mainly for street use, and some track day action too I have DS&E front coilover conversion and LD 3-link, so matched on all four corners would be a bonus!

Thanks,
Mark

We offer the new Penske 8300 series shocks with our coil over kit for the 1st gen Camaro. I don't think they would work with the DSE conversion as they mount it upsidedown in the frame.

I am running Penske 8300's with Tyler's Chicane LM subframe and Lateral Dynamics' 3-Link. No feedback at this point, but the adjustability and tunability was a huge selling point for our project.

Thank you Tyler/Reboot04,

I was afraid that you may say that about the DS&E setup! It's a case of "if only I waited a bit longer.....another coilover kit may appear" Tyler your kit certainly looks easier to install!

Penske UK don't have the 8300 listed on their site, I was looking at the 8100 2 way adjustables, still if I can't run the same at the front, may have to go back to the drawing board......

Thanks again guys

Cheers,
Mark
