Default My new instrumentpanel

Today I picked up my lasercut panels for the dash and centerconsole.

The instruments are from the english company Smiths instruments and the small holes on top will be the instrument signal lamps, like MIL, Highbeam and turnsignals.

The centerconsole will have (from the bottom) climate control for the Vintage Air, Pioneer DEH-P85BT with bluetooth handsfree for the phone, iPod connection and some more cool stuff. The 7" Widescreen LCD is a touch screen that will be connected to an Apple Mac Mini with some cool apps, like navigation. The LCD will also be able to show movies from iPods.

Now I have to start cutting in the dash to fit it all.

It is just plain steel plate 2mm thick

Almost done with the wiper stuff, I'll let you know.
