Default My Eibachs are saggin'.

So, i put the 454 in my car that had a 350. the eibachs i had we're for BBC. but man, they dropped well below the 1.3" they we're supposed to. i'm at least 2" down and i managed to bottom out my oil pan friday.

Summit is taking back the springs and swapping them out for Hotchkis.

Whats the concensus on Hotchkis springs and how are they compared to eibach? besides not draggin oil pans.

thanx

Did you ask for the actual spring rate? Afco has a great selection, Is your car loaded with options? Do you know how much your car weighs? put your car on a scale 90 percent of the truck stops have them usually card lock and easy to use. I personally have never been a fan of fit all springs and prefer to get a spring rate to fit the exact application and usage of the vehicle.

Nah, i was mostly looking for peoples personal opinions on the hotchkis brand in comparison to the eibachs.

but i appreciate your input. this isn't a track car. just my daily driver. i think she weighs in at 4200 but may be more now that it has the BB.
