The Marquez glove box door really is a work of art. Very cool.
Anyway, on to the even cooler pics. I can't even express how exciting it is watching ideas go from concept to reality. This interior design has been floating around in my head for at least a year now, and seeing it somewhat done just blows my mind, mostly because I never thought though it would look... so good my opinion of course. Kudos go out to Marquez too, despite all the little fitment issues, which I know they're continually working out. They did a great job designing something for our cars that doesn't look street roddish.
Matt, what your reason for cutting you dash and leaving the tab where the speakers go?
When Dick and the brotourer were cutting it, there weren't any directions, so I'm guessing they just trimmed where they could, and tried to leave a little bit for support, although it really isn't needed. The upper dash is pretty sturdy, and the pieces it bolts to, are even sturdier, with the lower dash being backed by a steel plate.
Figured I'd post up some pictures of the back seat as it comes together. I don't know how practical it is, (non-yoga practicing individuals dare not even contemplate fitting comfortably), but it really completes the grand touring theme throughout the inside, yeah show-touring, or should I say it's all show no bro?
