Default My 71 Camaro

Here is my 71 Camaro. Done in a big and little theme. Have been thinking about going the pro tour look. What do you guys think? (pretty sure I already know )

I've had the car for 30+ years and need to do something different with it. Plus an autocross track opened up in my town and it looks like fun!!

Thats a sweet looking 2nd gen. and way to go for hanging on to it for 30yrs If your thinking about some changes/upgrades Put the weld wheels/tires up for grabs and look at some more proportionate sizing. You can easily upgrade your suspension components to your goals without putting in a new front clip or changing out your rear end and so forth, unless your wallet is looking for attention.

Clean looking car.

30 years of ownership isn't too shabby either!

Beautiful car.
I have a 70 big & little, going on 20 years.
I had the same questions over a year ago, whether to convert or not.
I decided to modify to further enhance its original purpose.
BUT I didn't have a cool auto cross track open up just down the street either !!
You can change it up way cheaper than starting another project with something else. I'd be switching over in a heartbeat.
Not sure if you'd have to switch to a road race oil pan or not.
I know it was important in my 1/4 mile vs roundy round motors.
I think you'll be getting a ton more seat time in your baby and that's what it's all about.

Well it's running!! Took WAY too long to build it, install it and get it running! Still need to fine tune it, but it RUNS!!!

Also put some new wheels on it, stuck with the big and littles.

Sorry for the crappy pics, I'll get some better ones taken and post them up.
