Default Prep after blasting

Just had a question for you experts here, just had my car aluminum oxide blasted and need to get it primed, how do you prep for primer? Should I clean it with something first or run a DA over it, what do you guys do? Thanks for any help Matt.

Not an expert, but I can tell you what NOT to do. I used DuPont 5717S, which is an acidic metal conditioner, as an intermediate step between the DA and epoxy primer. Blue liquid. Comes in a bottle. Says to dilute and work into metal with scotchbrite pad then rinse thoroughly. I followed those directions and got flash rust everywhere. Maybe I should've just wiped down with a wax/silicone remover after the DA and gone straight to an epoxy primer. I dunno.
