Default Straight G Project - ProRides "Sick Seconds"

We will be debuting a new 1969 Camaro at SEMA 09 in the GearVendors booth that will attempt to drive 1,000 miles at Hot Rod Magazine's Drag Week and run a 6 Second ET on the dragstrip. After our 67 Camaro set the new records by running a 7 second run at all five tracks, I knew the only thing we could do is to run a 6 second ET! With building many G-Machines and winning the Street Machine of the Year in 02 with my 56 Chevy, the straight line became a new challenge. Do not be suprised though if you see this car going through the road course at Columbus Goodguys though! We will be running Billet Specialties 20x15 and 18 x 8 for the car shows. The car will have:
2,000+ horsepower
Carbon Fiber interior
full chassis
ProCharger 600 inch motor
Composite front end and doors
While it will not totally be a G-Machine, I thought I would share.
Watch for build updates in Hot Rod Magazine and another issue of the BuildBook on "Project Sick Seconds".....

Hey Denny, it's Chad. Good to see you on here. Where are you building the car? I'm on my Ipod so typing sucks. Talk to you later. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Right now the chassis is being built at SunCoast Racecars in Florida. www.suncoastracecars.com The frame was on display at PRI to debut it to the public.
We will finish it out from there. Merry Christmas to you as well and happy new year! Hope all is well!
