Fesler Built- bad business stay away!

purchased flush mount glass from fesler built for my mustang and it fit horrible. Glass was warped, had a big sag in it and was bent down at the corners. Fesler had glass picked up and returned to them but they have never issued me a refund despite multiple emails and phone calls.
I have an email from them telling me that they have installed it in another car months ago. They still have not sent a refund.

Bad Business practices! stay away!
