Default Custom 48 Chevy Hot Rod Pro Street!

Heres a few pics of my project ive been working on over the past 3 years now its a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetline Aerosedan, Car is a square tube back half car. The car is still in metal mock up yet and the car has a ton of subtle mods done to it, Cant wait to share more photos and answer any?'s thanks later George

I'll try and squeeze in some build photos here for you guys!



All steel front end fenders welded to the hood and then open the top of the hood at the body line pancake style, also the front clip tilts aswell as the top of the hood!

A few more photos of the subtle body mods flipped the bumpers moved them closer to the body and smoothed up bolt holes and had to build new bumper brackets witch i made light weight and also new valance panels and i built a complete belly pan under the rear of the car to clean up the bottom of it and the rear wheel well area.





Custom built my radiator mount because it has to stay on the frame with the front clip tilting!

I just finished smoothing the Engine and got it back to the machine shop to have the short block assembled, The block is body color! heres a few of it in mock up with some of the old parts on it still for fitment and to check clearances.

lookin real nice. I like the smooth block! not to mention the reverse hood on a tilt front end.

Working on getting the rest of my fab work complete so i can get the body back off the frame soon and start smoothing frame etc.
