Default Vintage Air Blend Door Problem??

Ok, so I just finished installing the gen 5 vintage air system into my Dads 1980 Camaro and when I turned everything on for the first time I was only getting air out the floor and defrost vents. When I switch to "dash" it stays on floor/defrost. No matter what I do with controls it will not change to dash vents. I read through the troubleshooting and made sure the system was mounted properly as to not bind the box and thus the blend doors. Still nothing. I rechecked all my wiring and even the stepper motors that control the blend doors and coudnt find anything wrong our out of place. Is there something I'm missing? Something else I should check? Any help is greatly appreciated

After a couple conversations with Mark Hungerford I was able to narrow down the issue and get it fixed last night. I have to thank the guys at Vintage Air big time for the quick response and willingness to help fix this.

well it worked for about 2 weeks, and got stuck again. This time I dont know what to do. I double checked my mounting and made sure the box wasnt in a bind and tried to do the same thing as last time to get the door moving again but to no avail. It will only work on floor and deforst, which totally sucks since we live in Phoenix, AZ where it is currently 110 degrees outside.
