try stahl headers.com they can put any flange on that you need and have an array of headers to choose from

Finding any "D" port headers is a pain. LT-1 headers are "D" port and have a choice of Impala, Camaro, or Corvette. I do have "D" port header gaskets when you get ready to need them

almost want to make me grind those suckers round lol
I see evidence of an adapter plate on the exhaust flanges too.
almost looked like big block headers were on it somehow.

Dougs D368
Full-Length Headers for 265-400ci
1-3/4" tubes, 3" collectors
1967-69 Camaro/Firebird (SBC)
1968-74 Chevy II/Nova
776-D368

Fits most angle plug heads, including factory Bow Tie heads
Fits D-port heads, including ZZ4 crate engines
Vehicles with locking steering columns require linkage removal
waiting on reply from stainless works first though

I went with these for my blown 406. Sanderson
1-7/8 tubes with a 3 inch collector and 3/8 flange, ceramic coated - no gasket required. This is really quality stuff. They might also be able to rig up some with D ports and long tubes.
