Default new guy with a nova

Hi there, my name is mike, i moved from england in 2005 to cambridge ontario to work for lowdown hotrods, this site is awesome for this style of vehicle, my own ride is a 67 nova ss which i started to build in england in 2001 from a wrecked shell but the car came with new oem quarters and fenders . it has new doors, goodmark hood etc and i narrowed a c4 irs to fit under with some wheel offset and made a front clip to take c4 front arms with coilovers, it was only the third car in uk to have this suspension fitted as it is 3 times the cost there to do this sort of thing, i also had a 56 ford pickup with a vette chassis under it, at present it has a warmed over 350 with edelbrock heads and cam etc and a t5 tranny. there are pics of it on the home page , its bright green ( thanks scott) hope i can learn and share the wealth of knowledge this site has to offer, mike.

Welcome Mike! Glad to see you here! This site is great for info. Your Nova sounds like it was a huge project that came out smoking cool!
Do you have any pics posted of the Nova somewhere else?

there a few pics on my employers website but i think some are the same, the car is about 99% finished and only needs a safety cert to be able to drive it but will probably wait till the spring to insure it as there wont be much more driving time this year, this is the first forum type website the pictures are on , they may go on a nova site but i consider this one to be the best anyway so i am in no hurry to post anywhere else. I will try and post some before pics of how rough it was when i got it, mike.
