Default Mil-Spec bulkhead connector

I'm looking for someone who builds Mil-Spec bulkhead connectors like Wires to pliers build or where I can get the same parts as they used to build my own.

PLEASE HELP

Howdy,

Check this link for the standard manufactures of bulk head connectors.

I know this isn't mil spec but here is one that's a weatherpack and seems like a good deal for the money:

Jim

I've seen that thread and have been on the Deutsch web site. I think I need a HD30 24-18 but it's all Greek to me. And will they sell just one connector.

Here's a link to a catalog of cables and connectors. I saw circular mil spec connectors taking a quick look. I've ordered from them with a credit card online. You can check stock by clicking on the part number. Let me know if I can help you figure anything out.

Hi Vin,

They will sell just one connector as we often replace a single connector due to oil or fuel ingress. The hyd fluid we use in aircraft (Monsanto skydrol) will swell and/or soften the rubber in a connector after a while - so we end up replacing them at heavy check. I seldom buy direct from the manufacture as we buy our wire, connectors, pins, pin tools and such through an aircraft supply group. Yell if you want a contact.
