Default Carbon fiber consle insert

Does anybody know where I can find a carbon fiber insert to put on my 1972 Camaro console? It has the stirrup shifter (stock) and would like to find a insert which will match a Covans carbon fiber dash, for the stock console. Thanks!

You could make your own using carbon fiber sheet. Anvil Auto (site sponsor) sells sheets of carbon fiber with adhesive backing.

Or you could send your plate to a hydroillusion place.

or have a custom one made by the people who did mine, they're doing another carbon fiber run in a week or so:

I also like the sheet idea from Anvil, just wonder how the edges look when cut. I tried cutting the custom stuff I had done and the cut edge looks different than their finished rolled over edges. Of course, if you cut all the sides they'd match.

Default Carbon fiber console insert

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. I knew some one would have an answer. I figured that some one would make an insert like this to go with the Covans carbon fiber dash. Looks like there woud be a market for these as the Firebirds of 70-73 have almost the same shape and style shifter plates on their consoles. Thanks again!

you better use the faux carbon fiber company if your planing on it matching the covan piece... cause if you get the anvil stuff or something else thats a "real" CF top layer it wont match the covan very well.
