Unhappy Humming noise

hi guy's
i just build a 427 small block stroked to a 450cu in. with a tko 600 and a strange rear end. at a specific engine speed and car speed as well the car has a humming sound. you can also feel it in the stick shifter. its a very tight humming sound. what can it be? any suggestion ?

my guess is driveshaft harmonics.. check your angles and make sure the shaft is ballanced
