67 RS Fenders

My car is in the process off a restoration. I just purchased a new for me frame and the guy had some RS Fenders with the recessed bracket for the headlights. Can I buy these brackets or should i grab these fenders and cut and weld them to my regular fenders?

You can buy just the brackets by themselves to convert standard fenders to RS.
