Default Looking to get some TT2's. Have some Questions

I am looking to get some 17" American Racing Torque Thrust 2's for my 67 Camaro. I do not have a narrowed rear end.

What sizes of wheels/tires and backspacing should I order?

I am assuming 17x8, 17x9.5 with 245 40 & 275 40 tires...Can I fit bigger?

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you have any thoughts of bigger brakes go ahead and go with 18"s. I love my 17"s but it would have saved me a lot of trouble if I had gone with 18"s to beging with.

Great point, although I dont think I will be going big brakes anytime soon. I am on a budget build...

Have you considered alternatives to the TTII that don't have some of the future brake fitment issues, like the Coy's C5 or 1-piece Foose Legend? There's not a huge difference in price and both the Coy's and Foose wheels give the appearance of a deeper dish for the same size wheel relative to a TTII in my opinion.

Hi Jon, i see you can still get tt2s, im in Australia and wanting 18 x 10s-5.75b/s (NOT 18x 9.5) .Im told i cant cant these anymore? Is this true or just lazy by my wheel guy. I will be over your way at end of april for parts including wheels. Can i get a definate answer to this as it will make my choice much easier.

Regards, Wade
