Default Billet Rocker Switch, Covertibe Top

Trying to hook up a billett switch from Watson's to my top motor. I got a dual 30 amp relay from Watson's aswell. I hooked up two 30 amp fuses to the motor wires, 1 up and 1 down. I kept blowing fuses. then I noticed if I un hook one motor wire it will go down fine. The 69 Camaro also comes with a braker for the top, do I need to un hook that? blew that whole day trying to figure this out, any help would be great.
