Default t56 for sale or trade

I have a rebuilt t56 from AMP performance in Pheonix Az, it hasnt been run since i bought it , the shifter is in the foreward location which makes it hit my dash when i shift, I would be willing to trade for a t56 with the shifter in the stock position. I need 1800 to break even. like i said its a fresh rebuild, it hasnt even had fluid in it yet.

is this an LS or LT1 version? Is this a stock rebuild, or with the upgraded shift fork/sliders?

I think you mean short-throw shifter as the shifter would have no impact on the gear ratios.

for sale or trade...have anything in mind your looking for as far as trading? I currently have a 4 speed muncie and would entertain the thought of a 6 speed.
