the shrinker stretcher is, not the brake, shear, roll

In a shop I worked in we were on a tight budget, no money. But we picked up one of the all in one machines like that 16ga unit you have. 16ga was beyond its capabilities. They kinda over reached the specs for ours. But it did come in handy for some 22ga sheet. It wouldnt do much with 16ga though. But it did help the guys out with the thinner stuff. JR

We have the same bender in our shop, but ours is from Harbor Freight. I am sure its the same machine just different color and stickers. We noticed the same issue that the unit doesn't really do well with anything over 18 gauge and only small lengths at that. It will shear some 20 gauge stainless, but its not happy and every time I had to do it I was afraid the machine would explode.
I am jealous of the shrinker/strecher combo, that's been on my wish list for a couple of years. Right now I am working on making my own blasting cabinet so I can finally get some parts cleaned up. I have it roughly drawn in CAD, now I just have to see if I can make it work.
