Question March "Style Track/Revolver" pulleys 502 BBC

I priced the complete system:
AC compressor/Pwr steering pump/Alternator/Water Pump/
Brackets/Pulleys/complete---Clear Powder Coated over Polished Aluminum
Just under $1,800.00
This seems like a great deal at least 1K less than billet specialities which are not powder coated.
Any advise here?

Make sure you compare apples to apples. I bought the March kit and it was missing a bunch of the covers. The accessories also weren't polished which I wanted.

Check out my Payback thread. I just posted a photo of my new engine with the accessories on it. I'm happy with it. Frank at Prodigy Customs sells them to, you may want to check the price with him.

One of the reasons these are billed as "low cost" is that they lack an auto tensioner... When you go with a serpentine belt system - you're relying on ONE belt to do all the work - alternator - A/C - P/S - Water pump...

A belt tensioner is a "must" in my book.

I have a march system -- it's on the shelf with other "has been" parts... and I have two of the Billet Specialties systems... Way mo' betta!

Just mu .00000005 worth.
