Default Marquez valance and front license plate

Just wondering if anyone has come up with a way to mount the front license plate with the Marquez valance? I was thinking of a flip down plate, but I don't think that will work with a front spoiler... thanks guys!

Yep, I'll be running Virginia antique plates, but since the car was originally designed for a front plate, I'll be required to run one...

I live in Virginia. Honestly they do not mess with me at all. If you live close to Washington, those communists give you crap about it, but everywhere else is cool. If you are running classic tags you do not have to run a front plate. I have been going around and around this issue with the military base gate guards (like they give a S***) so far they are the only ones who care. I have standard plates with an inspection sticker.
There is no way you run a front plate and not make it look retarded. My advice, roll the dice.

Thanks Serpa. I'm no where near DC, thank goodness. I've heard of some guys who have been given a hard time right outside of auto events and shows on this though. I might come up with some quick release bracket to keep Johnny Law happy. Ron

Also found this on Virginia's DMV page on antique tags. Bummer.

http://www.dmv.virginia.gov/webdoc/c...es/antique.asp

"Unless the vehicle was manufactured for one license plate only, you must display license plates on the front and the rear of your vehicle. "
