Roof Question
Hey guy's ..... I was just chopping away at the Camaro today ,removing the roof . What holds the roof to the drip rail

About 1000 spot welds.
I found the easiest way to remove it was to grind through the spot welds with a cutting disc.

Mario, like Don said alot of spotwelds along the driprail, grind off with a die grinder.Just try to be careful u dont grind through the driprail

Yep, this is one spot where more rust helps out. My drip rails were shot so off they went too. It's easier to cut the roof off an inch or so back, then you can find and dispense with the spot welds. Good luck!
