Went to a local recycle yard foor 67+ Camaro and Firebirds yesterday to pick up a paint quality front bumper for my 69. I walked through the lot and couldn't believe how many potential projects were sitting there from every year and configuration. I didn't realize how many f-bodies are really out there. He had maybe 1000 cars there. I also realized what kind of lives most of these cars lived. Some of the strangest mods I have ever come across. Here's some pics.

David T's is about the only place in these parts where you have a chance to find some of the really hard to get bits and pieces. When I got the OneLapCamaro the interior structure had been hacked up by the previous owners attempt to lighten the car for drag racing. The rear seat Y braces were long gone and the genius had cut out the inner structure below the quarter windows. I got both from David T's. Likewise the 71 center console. He has a lot of stuff but it's all at a price.
Might be time for a road trip to look for parts for the Players car and the new '67 project that we're starting....

How did you go to a place in August and take picures with snow on the ground?
They are photos from their site. Some of the cars have been there for years and it would take days to go through and take pics of everything they have.
