we did get the goodguys giveaway car assembled and running and i drove the first ironworks tri-5 chassis to hit the road , and it drives great ! the feel of the car was perfect , tight , response was great ( and the car still has not had a allignment yet ) . i will recomend this to any tri-5 owner !
great job to all the group that helped roger get it done !
That is great Kenny. I thought Roger was finishing the car? That is how it reads to me on the Good guys website. You guys did all the wiring and assembly also? Hats off to you guys!
roger did the major fab work , chassis , firewall , mount of engine and trans , brakes ,.....
we did body work , paint , put it all back into a working car , wiring ,trim and make it run and drive
then tracy willl do the inside and top
we all decided to do it this way because the car was already half way across the country , no reason to ship it all the way back to cali then back to nebraska .
that way it gives each shop the glory of what they do best .
