Default still getting vibration WTF

Ok so does anybody know of a good susp. shop here in san diego...I have a 73 camaro running a lt/ 6speed...so far I have replaced the U-joints...balanced and rebalanced the wheels...checked the drive shaft...they were checking the angle of the tranz/ shaft/ rear...and beat on tunnel enough to get the so-called proper angle but I still have a feak'n vibration after 70+ it's not coming apart but the rearview is buzzing and I'm just wanting someone that can drive this thing and pin point...thanks for any help

When did it start? What has changed?

Does it do the same thing in gears 4-5-6 at above 70?

Just trying to isolate chassis or drivetrain issue.

It's pretty much a crapshoot without knowing the history of your car.

Possibly a brake rotor?

Wheel bearing?

Axle?

You had the driveshaft balanced? Also, is the driveshaft diameter correct for it's length and material?

Well the shake will happen in whatever gear I'm in once I'm about 70+...I had all the suspension in the rear redone...it was off a little so they trued everything...at this point I was thinking a race shop that does autocross might help but not sure who in the area would be a good place to look for something like that...

I had a bad vibration after an t56 swap I did in my 67. I checked everything.....drive line angle, drive shaft, wheels, everything. I was using solid body mounts, with an 8pt cage, and a brand new performance trans mount. for some reason all that acted like a big tuning fork and once i swapped out the hard trans mount for a "stock replacement" my vibration went away. Not even a hint in the shifter. Its a pain but you'll get it. good luck.
