Default C5 Z06 Wheels on 72 Camaro

I have a set of Z06 Wheels from a C5 Corvette and i want to throw them on my 72 Camaro. I know I would need spacers but what sizes and what size tires should I run on the wheels? It is stock height but Im looking to lower it if there is any room to do so. Any help regarding this situation will be greatly appreciated.

Unless someone has done this already, you may have to mock them up & take some measurements. Z06 wheels are 1" wider than stock C5 wheels. Are they stock Z06 sizes ot C5 sizes? Some aftermarket companies make those wheels in C5 sizes. Do you have tires on them already? Is the rear mini tubbed? You doing the power tour by any chance?

Go to www.tirerack.com and look up a C5 Z06 stock replace tires. Probably a 9.5" front to fit a 275 tire and a 10.5 rear for a 295 tire.

i know what size the stock tires would be but will they fit under the camaro body? i may have to vary with tire sizes in order for them to fit? idk im just wondering and i dont wanna waste a bunch of money or time trying stuff out that dont work.

spacers possible 2" Front and 2.5" Rear? get the spacers with studs mounted on them. i have this same thread setup on two other camaro specific forums and no one is telling me anything. it looks like its going to have to be trial and error the old school way lol.

If you know your oem sizes you can plug them into this calculator then take the Z06 wheels and plug them in as well. you can then figure out what you need for spacers. you just need to watch the track width so you don't chew up the outside of your tire on the wheel wheel. i did this for my 67 with c6 z06 rims.
