Default Torino 10

Moving this over from introductions.
A few more pics of my 69 torino build. Got the floor and firewall cutout a couple of months ago. I began the front clip/suspension this weekend. I used C4 spindles and upper arms. The rest of it is custom built to fit 325/30 on 19x11 wheels all the way round. The V10 will be pushed 5" into the firewall giving lots of room for the steering rack.

Looks good! Your lower control arms are nice. In the pics with the rack, it looks like it is forward of the tie rod on the spindle? If that's the case, you could end up with some ackerman and bump issues. I like the V10 move, I can relate...

My V10 is actually a ford , not the dodge

Wheels showed up on Friday. 19x11x 6.375 backspace. Put on one of my
325x30 tires for testing, these will be on all four corners.

That I noticed, just cool to see another V10 going in.

You're doing some amazing fab on this build. I really like the tunnel you've built, I think I'm going to adapt some of that to my build. I am planning to rework mine anyhow. What size tube did you use for that? Very nice work overall!

Can you tell me where the engine is sitting in relation to the front axle centerline? I'm limited on space in the cab of the car so I'll have some hanging forward of my centerline but really don't want to. However, at 6'6" legroom is a necessity.
