Default Custom dimple dies + pictures

So as I promised to post this, here they are:

I'm proud to show my brain child:

Dimple Dies EVO II, 10 sizes, 1/2" to 3", integrated hole punch in every size, from Moc410M tool steel, heat treated to cutting tool specs
Rockwell scale: HRC56, should cut stainless like knife through butter.

I have to honest, I didnt make them, I desing them but my bubby did them with CNC-machine. I just deliveryd the steel rods for them.

Some are still burn oil dirty, some I just sand blasted cleaner.

Each size has normal dies has hole, a pillow (the ring) and a cutting die has M10 threats so can be work with strong bolt or HF manual hydralic hole punch set with new center bolt.
That I've already bought.

Normal dies hole is used as a guide to guide rod that is threadet on the cutting die, it is in other side of the pillow when hole is made at the straight edge on other side of the pillow. If working with shop press, just need to drill hole so the guide bolt get through to cutting material to guide dies together.

Anyone getting this?

I could polish them, now just clean them. They are tools not jewelry.

Made a test run with small ones to 2mm/just over 1/16" aluminium

So, what do you think? I'm not selling them, just showing..

No one. Sorry...

I had them made for me by my friend.

They are really one-offs...
