Default TCI Streetfighter TH350 trans, converter, shifter

Time for g/28 to get a manual transmission so the one in the car is up for sale. This $$ will fund some of the stuff for the swap.

Here is what I know..

TCI Competition TH350 transmission - part number 312001 - Retail price is $859 - reverse manual valve body.

TCI 11-inch breakaway torque converter - #240900 - Retail pice $234

TCI 168-tooth SFI-spec flexplate - #399273 - Retail $69

TCI StreetFighter shifter - #616443 - Retail $165

Read about the Streetfighter transmission here:
http://www.tciauto.com/transmissions/index.htm

Add it all up and it's $1327 in parts. About 600 miles put on the combo with a few passes down the 1/4 mile and some track laps. Everything works great. Your price? $650 and will deliver locally in the SoCal area. That's less than half retail for those without a calculator

email me at [email protected] if interested. Prefer a local sale since it seems a PITA to ship.

The trans part number comes up as:
http://www.powerandperformancenews.c...Category_Code=

Again, not sure why the pricing is so much higher than what we published.. more than likely we published "real world" prices and not MSRP that nobody pays

I do seem to be wrong on one fact.. this is NOT the Streetfighter TH350 but the full-competition TH350.

You can find it listed by part number here:
http://www.tciauto.com/competition/c...nsmissions.htm

It is a fully manual reverse MANUAL valve body..

You can see the install of the trans/etc in this story:

Trans/parts still available.

Figured out how to strap it to a pallet so I will ship it, but you have to arrange pick up with a trucking company.

Thanks!
