Default Gas Tank for LS2 conversion

Hey guys-

Looking to swap an LS2 into my 69 Camaro and I was wondering what is the most economical solution for a gas tank and fuel pump.

Thanks!

I bought this one from Ecklers:

I went a different direction and still have this new in the box. I'll sell it for $400 + shipping. How's that for economical!

I used the Tanks Inc in dads car and it works perfect. 6000 miles not a issue

Default anyone use stock tank with sump and inline pump?

Great timing on this question! I plan to put an LS1 in my 67 Camaro this winter, and my definition of economical is generally less than others on forums (read cheap-a$$). I haven't looked much at the fuel side of the swap yet, but I found somebody selling a 69 tank modified with a sump. I've read others using a sumped stock tank with an inline Walbro pump, but I can't find any pictures of the set-up. I understand the Walbro pump needs to be mounted lower than the tank to get the gravity feed from the sump, but when I look on my car, I don't see how to get the pump lower than the tank. The tank already hangs so low.

So can some of you that have done this with success post some pics of how you did it? Thanks!!
