Default Ideal jounce distance.

I'm working on a 72 Ventura(Nova) which has a Wayne due c4 front end and Detroits 4 link in the rear. I did a search and got several different opinions on jounce distance. What would be ideal?

By jounce are you referring to bump, droop or the combination? For a serious street car I don't think more a few inches in either direction is required, that would a be a total of 6" travel.

I was also going to say +/- 3 inches from normal ride height would be a good number to shoot for.
