Default Brake pads

I have a 2002 Camaro SS as a daily driver for my wife and it's time for brakes again. I used AC/Delco ceramic last time and they seem to work well but I am thinking of trying Hawk pads with Baer decela rotors. Have you guys had good luck with Hawk pads or any other brands? What compound would you guys recommend for a spirited street driver?

If you liked the ACD Ceramic pads, the closest thing to that in a Hawk compound would be their Performance Ceramic, which would be a similar performance level pad with low dust/noise/rotor wear characteristics.
