Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum but thought I'd start my thread since I'm about to start the deconstruction process. I finally am the owner of my dream car which I call Seven. I wasn't even looking for a car but stumbled upon a Craigslist ad Friday night browsing. The car was located 2 miles from my parents house. After leaving the Good Guys show in Pleasanton I made a call just to see if it was still there. It was but another guy was on the way, after offering $500 more a deal was made. Needless to say I got the car; I'm the 3rd owner, original black plates, only 69k original miles, AC car, complete numbers matching minus drivetrain. The owner had the car garaged for 6 years, already go the rust in the pans and rear valence replaced professionally. Decided to post the thread because I'm going to start the tear down process in a couple weeks. I'm sticking with a stock subframe, so once it's stripped down I will get it powdercoated and install the RideTech front suspension kit. Rear suspension will be DSE mini tub kit with a 9" rear end. The drivetrain for now will be an LS3 with Tremec Magnum T56. Here are a few pics

Looks like a good find cant wait to see your progress. Good luck and don't be afraid to post any and all questions you have because somebody has don't it before and can help you out.

I was able to determine which front end suspension kit I am going with. A couple of members gave me input and asked questions that helped me make the decision with RideTech and tru-turn.
