Default 12" wheels on stock width rearend?

69 camaro, mini tubs. Is any body running 12's with a 60"/stock rearend width? I'm sure this requires big back spacing. Interested to hear numbers/facts. Pictures would be great too. Thanks!

Just a wild guess but I'd think around 8-8.5"

Cut the rearend man, looks much better.

I am running 18x12 w/ 8" B.S. on my '69 Camaro with stock width 12-bolt. I have around a 4" outside wheel lip on these wheels, but that amount would be different depending on wheel design.

Default You would use

The stock C6Z06 backspacing to work with that width rear end.

That is what I had on my car. Had rear built 59 inches hub to hub and ran 1/2 spacers on each side...just so I could dial it in for clearance. Total width was 60 inches.

I ran HRE's on mine off of a C6Z06...19x12.5 (stock Z06 is 12 inch width) offset was +53 mm

GaryMac69, did you have to roll the lip in the rear? Also, what backspace did you run up front? Perfect amount of stagger.....looks great!

Yes, I rolled the rear lips 19 years ago when I restored the car, knowing I would always run wide tires. The front 18x9" have 5 3/4" B.S. but would recommend 6" to give a little more clearance on the outside fender lip at full lock.

Sick! Absolutely love it, will you please share some pictures toward the rear of the car? Thanks!

I will comply....... These pics were taken when the suspension and wheels were just installed. The car is about 1/2" lower now.

Did you have any problems with the 275's up front?
