I think I'm going to burst your bubble. I'd say if you don't have a block you might as well buy a crate block....or a crate engine. Either way let me know what you do. I have a ls7 that i'm getting ready for a rebuild

The crank requires using the stock titanium rods which I would not buy used since they get brittle over time. You'll need a lot of mallory metal to try and balance that crank with aftermarket rods, the cost of that would put you into a better 4340 crank vs the stock 1053 crank.

I can use the stock rod/piston that's no a problem it'S not that expensive! But for the block, i was wondering if i can bore out a 6.0/6.2 enough to clear those ls7 head?! What would be a good combo Costwise?!

The LS7 utilizes a 4.125" bore. The LS7's titanium rod is a weird length, and will require a custom piston if you choose to go aftermarket. No, you won't get a 6 liter block to go out to 4.125", so those heads are pretty much a no go, unless you find a big bore block. A good used LS7 block is much like a unicorn.

There's a reason you got the stuff on the cheap.
