watching MAV TV in HD on Direct TV

I sent an email to MAV TV to ask why Directv doesn't broadcast in HD?

the following is their reply. I have already sent an email and I hope anyone else that demands channel 214 to do the same. Direct TV charges a pretty penny every month so it's the least we all deserve.

Stop complaining, at least you get MAVTV. It's not carried by Comcast in my area anyway.

I've called a couple times to lodge a complaint about it not being broadcast in HD. Doesnt seem to have gone too far. Its kind of a catch 22 I feel. DirecTV doesnt want to pay to offer it in HD until there are enough people watching it. But by watching it, Im not showing them my dissatisfaction in the fact that its not shown it HD.

Oh and the countdown to season 2 has started. 8/28 will be Ep.1 of Season 2 USCA.

Counting the days! I'll be paying an extra $12 for a few months to get into the FiOS sports package that has it - fortunately they do have it in HD, at least.
