Default Factory OEM disc spindles, backing plates & caliper mounts needed for 69 F body.

Looking to purchase a set of factory OEM disc brake spindles, backing plates and caliper mounts for a factory front disc set up. Must be rust and damage free. Our car is a 69 Firebird. If you have upgraded your front brakes on your 69 Firebird/Camaro and your original parts are rust free and in very good condition I could sure use them for my project. Recent surgery has delayed the investment of big brakes for now. If you can help out that would be great. Thank You. Tim john---

Default Spindles

I have a whle front brake setup from a 70 Chevelle frame I am picking up this week. I think they are the same but I can't guarantee it. The shipping would be be expensive I would assume from Pittsburgh, PA. I can send pictures later on in the week when I pick up the frame. They have been outside so they definately have some rust on them, but they should clean uop with a little blasting or even a wire wheel. I also have a set with the dust shield attached that someone painted with that hammer paint, they look to be in very good condition. I also have a new set of rotors with that set. Let me know if you are interested. Nick

Thank you both for chiming in but the spindles and associated parts need to come from a first generation F body (Firebird/Camaro) only. The "A" body stuff is different. 67, 68 & 69 F body should all be the same. Hopefully someone here can help me out with some real nice rust free components. The surgery really crippled our car fund so I have to redirect our goals and intentions to keep moving forward. Thanks again. Tim john---

location will help a little. shipping can be costly, they are a bit heavy. i have a set from my nova. just about all new. i haven't looked at them in a bit, will have a look at them tomorrow. the 68-72 x-body(nova) share the same front suspension components as the 1st gen f-body.

I believe the X-body (68-72) uses the same spindles.

I've shipped a pair of spindles in a large USPS flat rate priority box. It's been awhile since I've been to a post office, so don't know if they still offer that option.
