Default LS3 reduced engine power

trying to determine why my ls3 conversion intermittently goes into reduced engine power mode. When the problem started I could turn off the engine and restart it and the problem would go away. I have replaced the electronic accelerator and the problem is back. Any ideas?

This usually occurs when the ecu sees a difference between the commanded position ( throttle pedal position ) and the actual position of the throttle body, or a complete loss of signal from either one. I'm surprised you don't have a TAC fault of some sort. Is it possible the codes have been turned off?
My car did this intermittently, I found if the secondary safety latch on the throttle pedal plug was not locked in it would periodically loose the signal, ever since I pushed that in on the plug I haven't had a problem. I would suspect either the throttle pedal, throttle body, or wiring.

bought code reader. P2127 is the error code. I replaced the accelerator pedal and still have the problem. would you suggest replacing the TB or the TB electrical connector?
